Yes, it has been one crazy year!!!  In August of 2011 I opened Wild Thyme, a cooking school and event center offering hands-on cooking classes for all ages, catering services, and amazing culinary experiences!!  We have a state of the art kitchen designed to teach others how to cook & have fun at the same time.  We are on the verge of our one year mark and I feel incredibly blessed to have accomplished so much in so little.  We are located in Lexington KY (currently but that is yet to be seen, other markets are on the horizon)  But it is high time, we start sharing some great recipes with you once more and boy do I have some goodies!   With a year of cooking up fun under our belt we will be sure to share our most tried and tested recipes, favorite gadgets, and cookbook alerts.  If you live in our area, be sure to visit our website and sign up for a class at wildthymecooking.com .  Thank you again for your continued support.  I look forward to cooking up fun soon.
